Sacramento Property Management Group's Pet Policy
Our pet policy is designed to prioritize the safety and comfort of both pets and tenants while maintaining harmony within the community. However, it’s important to note that not all properties have a pet-friendly policy, so be sure to check with us first before making any arrangements to bring your pet into the community. For properties that do allow pets, we understand that each pet has unique requirements, which is why we try to be as accommodating as possible. Typically, we allow for up to two pets per property, but some properties may have additional allowances or a no-pet policy, so please check with us first before getting your hopes up
To ensure that pets and tenants coexist harmoniously, we require that all pets be listed on your lease agreement. It’s important that this is done to ensure their safety, as well as the safety of other tenants within the community. Our pet policy also includes a non-refundable fee per pet of $250, though some properties may waive this fee, so please check with us first

Service Dog Policy

We require proper documentation, such as their certification as a licensed service dog and the owner’s proof of disability, to ensure that service dogs are legitimate and provide necessary assistance to their owners. We also require service dogs to follow proper etiquette and behavior guidelines, such as being fully trained and on a leash at all times
Our Commitment to Providing a Safe and Pet-Friendly Environment at Sacramento Property Management Group
We understand that pets are an essential part of many families. We recognize the importance of creating a positive and pet-friendly environment that prioritizes the safety and comfort of both pets and tenants.
We understand that pets may bring some additional wear and tear on the property, and we require a pet deposit to cover any potential damages. However, we believe that the benefits of allowing pets in our community outweigh the potential challenges. We believe that by working together, we can create a living environment that is enjoyable for everyone.
